Groups of 4 to 6 participants per court, organized by age and skill level.
Fees and Refunds
Fees must be paid in advance (full term or monthly). Payments are non-refundable. Changing and schedule will be communicated in advance.
Waiting List and Cancellations
A waiting list is maintained for cancellations, with notifications if a spot opens. Advance notice will be given for class cancellations.
If the child misses a lesson, a recovery lesson can be schedule (subject to availability).
Health and Safety
Participant safety is prioritized. Parents/guardians must ensure their child is fit to participate. WPA is certified in First Aid.
Conduct and Behaviour
Participants must show good sportsmanship and follow coach instructions. Disruptive behaviour or failure to meet age/skill requirements may result in withdrawal.
Clothing and Equipment
Appropriate sportswear is required. WPA is not liable for lost or damaged personal items.
Content and Social Media
WPA may post content (photos/videos) of participants on social media and the website. Enrolment implies consent to use this content for promotional purposes.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
WPA can amend these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or the website.
Communication
WPA will make reasonable efforts to respond to inquiries and concerns within 2 business days.
Emergency Contact
Parents/guardians must provide emergency contact information and keep it updated.
Feedback and Complaints
WPA encourages feedback and will address complaints in a timely and fair manner. A formal complaint process is available upon request.
Session Timing and Duration
Sessions will start and end as scheduled. Changes to session timing will be communicated in advance.
